Specifications

below you will find a list of Specifications that we use to make , and short description for each one.

Chassis

Chassis is made of 12 cm I-BEAMS lengthwise and widthwise welded at equal GULF bridge .

Isolators

There are two types of Isolators :
1- waterproof isolator in the roof.
2- heatproof isolator in walls.

also we can make a special isolators as client requested.

Electrica

All wiring at the units are concealed in the ceiling through PVC conduit pipes from the panel board and circuit breakers to the lighting fixtures and air condition.

Plumbing

Kitchen are furnished the top of closet. Bathroom are furnished with shower, washing basin, European or Arabic toilet as requested. All pipes are PVC pipes.

Windows

Windows are made of sliding aluminum and fly screen. Bathroom and kitchen are provided with exhaust fans.

Doors

Internal doors are made of iron 90×200 com. And 75×200 cm wood doors for bathrooms with all necessary accessories. Entrance door is made of insulated steel sheets.

Roof

Roof is made of pre-painted corrugated angle-shaped steel sheets 0.4 mm fixed on angle and tubs trusses insulated with 5 cm fiberglass. Internal ceiling is made of 5×5 cm wood panel covered with decorative white plywood.

Walls

Walls are made of steel tubes 40×40 welded to the chassis covered from outside with pre-painted 0.4 mm. Steel sheets and from inside with 6 mm plywood and on top of it a decorative wood. Bathroom walls are covered with a waterproof PVC coated plywood, 4 – 6 – 8 – 12 walls are insulted with fiberglass directly behind the steel sheets.
